The company
Digital Citizen is owned by Reflector Media, a digital media company located in Romania. For those who don’t know, Romania is a relatively large Eastern European country and the sixth-most populous member state of the European Union. It is also known as the birthplace of Nadia Comăneci, Sebastian Stan (the actor playing Bucky Barnes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe), and the fictional but infamous Dracula.
